Frequently Asked Questions
How long does delivery or (pick-up) take?
After you've placed your order online, wait to hear from us about your collection. We'll send you an email and SMS as soon as your items are ready to be delivered or collected. Orders are usually delivered in no more than 3 hours from purchase or ready for pick-up within an hour of purchase. You can't make orders outside market hours.
Can someone else pick up your order from the farmers market?
Yes they can. Please make sure they have a copy of your order confirmation email, or order number, and the details on your order: your full name and phone number, as well as their own ID (i.e a driving license, passport, utility bill, credit / debit card).
How long does the market keep my pick-up order?
If you do not choose the delivery option at checkout… all orders must be picked up same day before close of the Farmers market. You must produce a copy of your order confirmation email to collect your order. Collection is required within the market's hours, same day of receiving notification that your order is ready to pick up. We'll have the order picked and ready within a few hours. And for guests/shoppers who don't even want to leave the car, our team will bring it out to the parking lot or curbside in minutes. If you do not pick-up your order from the farmers market there will be no refund issued.
Can I get contactless delivery with Freshful?
At Freshful, your well-being comes first! We're excited to introduce our contactless delivery option, Leave at My Door.
With Leave at My Door, you can receive your orders without opening the door or being home. Just add your delivery instructions at checkout, and we’ll let you know when your order has arrived.
Leave at My Door is feature is now the default for all Freshful deliveries. If you don’t want to use it, simply uncheck “Leave at my door if I’m not around” during checkout.
